Supporting women through fertility, I combine midwifery experience, reflexology, wellbeing therapies, and health testing to create personalised, nurturing plans. My aim is to help you feel informed, balanced, and empowered every step of your journey.
Welcome to the fertility page at Natalie’s Reflexology and Wellbeing. I provide personalised, nurturing support for women trying to conceive, combining my experience as a registered midwife with reflexology, holistic wellbeing plans, and health testing services.
Fertility can be an emotional and challenging journey, and my aim is to support your body, mind, and wellbeing every step of the way. Reflexology and tailored wellbeing treatments can help balance your hormones, reduce stress, and optimise overall reproductive health, while my health testing services provide insight to guide your fertility planning and empower you with information.
Every plan is designed around your individual needs, supporting you physically and emotionally, and complementing the care of your medical or fertility team. Whether you are just beginning to explore your options, preparing for fertility treatments, or seeking natural ways to support conception, I am here to help you feel informed, supported, and confident on your fertility journey.

Reproductive Reflexology (or Reproflexology™) can be used as a stand-alone treatment to enhance your natural fertility, or with all forms of assisted conception including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI. It can also be used to support individuals and couples using surrogacy or donors in IVF cycles.
As a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (MARR) we are specially trained, using structured and prescriptive treatment protocols, to support couples through all phases of their assisted conception programme. (Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, Association of Reproductive Reflexologists - Using Reflexology for Fertility).
Please note that an initial consultation (either as a couple or single) is required prior to any treatment commencing. It is advised that follow up treatments are weekly.
Holistic Approach
At Natalie’s Reflexology and Wellbeing, my approach to fertility is holistic, supporting not just your body, but your mind and emotional wellbeing too. I combine reflexology, tailored wellbeing therapies, and health testing services with my midwifery experience to create personalised plans designed around your unique needs. By addressing stress, hormonal balance, and overall reproductive health, I aim to help your body function at its best, while empowering you with information and nurturing support. Every aspect of my care is designed to complement medical guidance and support you throughout your fertility journey.
Supporting fertility isn’t just about timing—it’s about caring for your body, mind, and wellbeing as a whole. I offer hormone blood testing at the optimal points in your menstrual cycle to provide accurate insights into ovulation, hormonal balance, and reproductive health. Combined with reflexology and personalised wellbeing support, this information allows me to create tailored plans that nurture your body, reduce stress, and empower you and your healthcare team to make informed choices on your fertility journey.
How many treatments will I need?
In order to obtain the maximum benefit of reproductive reflexology, it is recommended that you have weekly reflexology treatments to support you at each stage of your cycle.
Prior to any treatment starting, I will ask you to complete a pre-conception questionnaire and carry out a thorough consultation.
Can you treat men as well as women?
Fertility is a shared journey, and men’s health is a key part of conception. I provide personalised support for men, combining reflexology, wellbeing therapies, and hormone and health blood testing to help optimise reproductive health, reduce stress, and promote overall balance. These services allow for tailored, evidence-informed plans that complement medical guidance, supporting sperm health, hormonal balance, and general wellbeing, while empowering men to feel informed, supported, and actively involved in the fertility journey.
Does reflexology hurt?
You might find some areas feel sensitive to the touch, but Reflexology does not involve hard pressing in the way something like a sports massage might. As a therapist I will be aware of the status of your feet, noticing how they feel, the temperature and colour. All these things play a part in understanding which areas of your body - as reflected through your feet - require a bit more care and attention.
