Natalie's Reflexology and Wellbeing reserve the right to change prices for services at any time without notice with the exception of existing paid for bookings with Natalie's Reflexology and Wellbeing.
All Gift vouchers are non-refundable or transferable. No change is given.
Additional charges apply for any home visits.
All package deal treatments must occur of a minimum of 1 treatment per every 4 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made if given at least 48 hours notice. No charge will be made and appointments can be rebooked.
All cancellations within 48 hours of the booked appointment or no shows are charged at 100% of the fee payable. No refunds will be issued for pre-paid bookings where a client does not attend their appointment or contact Natalie's Reflexology and Wellbeing before the 48 hour cancellation period to re-arrange.
In the event of Natalie's Reflexology and Wellbeing having unforeseen circumstances where therapy cannot be undertaken, clients will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment.
Terms of Payment
Full payment is due for all treatments or therapies conducted. Full payment is required at booking of the treatment to secure the appointment either by BACS or PayPal - unless otherwise agreed.
If you the client, are late for appointments, the time for your treatment will be reduced in order to keep to a schedule of other appointments.
All package deals require a minimum of a 40% non-refundable deposit at booking of the first appointment and the balance of 60% of the total package payment at the booking of the second treatment if this is the initial booking with Natalie's Reflexology and Wellbeing.
